350Z Superstore Terms and Conditions:

The 350Z Superstore has the right to change the price of items at any time.  This type of market, prices change daily, both  up and down.  Therefore if there is a price change RacinX  will notify the customer before any charges are processed. This includes but is not limited to misprints.

Shipping costs on body kit are a flat rate for US commercial address and a residential or international cost may be higher. 

RacinX encourages customers to inspect all shipments for damages before signing anything.  By signing, you agree to the shipper and RacinX that all packages are in good order and acceptable condition.  Once the package is delivered and signed for, RacinX will not accept liability.

If damage has occurred, note such damage on the bill of lading, notify RacinX immediately by phone at (904) 722-9646 for approval to refuse the package.  If damage is not readily visible, please take pictures of the damaged parts and the box and notify RacinX immediately.)  NOTE:  fiberglass is easily repaired and return/refusal of minor cracks, scuffs and scratches are not considered damaged.)  RacinX will work with you to fix or replace your damaged part if the above-mentioned steps have been completed.
